YK73400L CNC Formed-Gear Grinding Machine

YK73250L~YK73500L CNC form gear grinding machine is suitable for high precision grinding of involute straight gear and skew gear as well as special shaping of tooth type and tooth direction. The Max. machining outside circle range is Φ2500~Φ5000mm. It is suitable for regular grinding wheel and CBN grinding wheel. It is mainly machining of high precision gear satisfying high quality transmission system.

It has characters as follows:
1. It has six CNC axes and can implement 3-shaft interlocking.
2.The table is driven by moment motor, which has very high transmission accuracy and position accuracy, the end face run-out of table can reach to 0.008mm.
3.The machining accuracy of gear can reach to 5 degree precision criterion.

This machine consists of complete machines protective device, bed, column, slide, grinding head, grinding wheel trimmer, table, air-purifying and cooling separating filter device, hydraulic system, electric system, measuring system etc.
